Hello. This problem has been around for a long time. I bought a computer at the beginning of the 23rd year. After 3 months, the problem of PC freezing appeared for the first time. The sound comes from the game, with the system itself completely freezes. The cursor cannot be driven, the numlock does not adjust for switching. Simply turning off the PC with a button helps. No patterns were noticed at all. This hang-up happened to me personally in some maximally old and undemanding games where my PC just didn't strain.

PC System Requirements:
Systemboard: MSI PRO Z790-P
CPU: i7-13700K Processor
Graphics Processor: AMD RX6800XT Sapphire Pulse
PSU: Cougar GX-1050W
RAM: ADATA XPG Lancer [AX5U5600C3616G-DCLABK] 32 GB

I must say right away, everything is just fine with temperatures. The case is blown, there are 12 coolers there.
I did not notice any patterns of occurrence of this problem. Besides the fact that it occurs only in some weak games. Because I didn't notice any problems in demanding ones (maybe I was just lucky).
My PC also runs on a 1000W UPS.
Now my ba system has been reinstalled from the 19th and the 24th, this failure has just occurred. Before that, there was a failure on the last system only in March of 23 years, after that they did not seem to be observed. Although I have a large range of games.
Help to identify the cause. I suspect hardware stuffing last of all because there is no periodicity and regularity. I think this is the software part.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    1

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.

In the meantime, completely remove the current AMD graphics card device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the AMD website to download and install an older version of the AMD graphics card device driver.

A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.
