Yes, electronic components like RAM can be affected by power shortage/interruption.

Anyway, I hope that replacing the RAM will solve the issue.

    Please keep me posted.

    Thanks.

hi, i have made today plenty of tests and results are horriblle. out of four ram sticks only one passess tests without errors, one stick is dead pc dont boot and two sticks just poping errors on tests not many but still ... atm i left with one stick and it runs flawless. I filed the form to replace broken ram it terms of warrinty.

i'm still curious what can caused that issue it was working without problems 3 months and suddenly 3 ram sticks damaged ?

few days ago while i was using computer i had power shortage in our neighbourhood is it possible that this caused that issue ?

Yes, it is better to test them one at a time, also try them with all the Memory slots.

    Please keep me posted.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

The minidump files only indicated a system kernel driver "ntkrnlmp.exe". Since it's a system file it means something else drove it into a fault. It could be hardware, software, or driver.

I noticed that one of the error codes was "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (1a)". This error code is mostly caused by faulty RAM/Memory.

I recommend that you test the RAM using MEMTest86. Make sure to have at least 8 full passes for a near-conclusive result.

Follow the guide from the link below.

    Let me know the result.

    Thanks.
