Microsoft store not working

i tried to reinstall but is always have error , even troubleshoot cannot find problems
error 0x80073D02: Unable to install because the following apps need to be closed

Microsoft.Windows.StartMenuExperienceHost_10.0.19041.1023_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy.

    Please try this if it helps.

    Please make sure to uninstall the Microsoft Store and Xbox app first.

    **Uninstall the Microsoft Store app:

    Press Windows key + X

    Click and Run Windows PowerShell as Administrator. Copy and paste the command below then press Enter.

    get-appxpackage *WindowsStore* | remove-appxpackage

    **Uninstall the Xbox app

    Open Settings then select Apps

    Under Apps and Features, find Xbox app

    Click it then Uninstall

    Once the two apps are uninstalled, install the Xbox app from the link below

    https://aka.ms/XboxInstaller

    Restart your computer then open the Xbox app

    This will prompt to install the Microsoft Store app

    Please check if the issue persists.

    i tried all the method but nothing happen , is still show the title something bad happend and when click to the collections tab in microsft store is crask so i think the problems is the mcstore

    Thank you for updating me with that information. I apologize that this did not resolve the issue.

    **Press Start then search ""Internet Options"

    Select the "Advanced" Tab

    Scroll down the list until you see "Use SSL/TLS"

    Unselect SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0 and 1.1

    Select TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3 (if available)

    Click Apply then OK

    Restart your computer

    **Turn off Proxy

    Open Internet options > Connections > Lan settings

    Turn off "Automatically detect settings"

    Restart your computer

    If it is already Turned off, please put a checkmark in "Automatically detect settings"

    Restart your computer

    **Change your network DNS

    Open Control Panel

    Select Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center

    Click Change adapter settings

    a. To change the settings for an Ethernet connection, right-click the Ethernet interface and select Properties

    b. To change the settings for a wireless connection, right-click the Wi-Fi interface and select Properties

    Under Networking tab, double click TCP/IPv4

    Select Use the following DNS server addresses. If there are any IP addresses listed in the Preferred DNS server or Alternate DNS server, write them down for future reference.

    Replace those addresses with the IP addresses below

    Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8 and/or 8.8.4.4

    Click Ok

    Restart your computer

    **Reset Network Settings

    Press Windows key+ I to open Settings

    Select Network & Internet > Advanced network settings

    Under the "More settings", click Network reset

    Click Reset now then Yes

    Restart your computer

    So i tried all ur method , there is something I found : after changed religion to us , and reset the windows store update i can see the app in store but cannot install anything ( when click any app is always shows the error not found ) . wsreset.exe is not working.after reset Microsoft store is not showing error but showing title : something bad happen . And about reinstall, i did but not working and powershell showing red line like in question

    Windows version: 22H2

    Windows edition: Win 10 pro

    This is first time I'm open Microsoft store

    Hi, good day! I'm John Dev a Windows user like you and I'll be happy to assist you today. I know this has been difficult for you, Rest assured, I'm going to do my best to help you.

    When was the last time it worked properly?

    What is your current Windows version and edition? Press Start then click Settings (Gear icon), select System then About.

    If you have a third-party VPN or Antivirus installed, please try to temporarily uninstall it then check if the issue persists.

    Please try changing your Region to United States if it helps.

    Please let me know if you have tried the methods below.

    **Reset the Microsoft Store cache

    Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box,

    type wsreset.exe -i

    and then select OK.

    Note:

    A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close, and Microsoft Store will open automatically.

    **Check the Microsoft Store Install Service

    Press the Windows Key + S and type in services.msc.

    Find the Microsoft Store Install Service and double click, If the status is Running, right click it then select Restart

    If disabled, change it to Automatic, click Start and click OK.

    **Reset the Microsoft Store app in Windows 10

    Press Start then search Apps and Features

    Find Microsoft Store in the list

    Click it then select Advanced options

    Select Reset then restart your computer

    **Reinstall the Microsoft Store app

    Press Windows key + X

    Click and Run Windows PowerShell (Admin)

    Copy and paste the command below then hit Enter:

    Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    Restart your computer
