Strange yellow screen

To start this I’ve already tried the MSreset.exe I’ve tried most other forums yet when I open Microsoft store I’m met with a white page with yellow writing in the top left stating ‘Unknown layout specified in manifest’ and when I try absolutely everything I can find it messes it up

    I would prefer if people would not recommend me to check other platforms as I’ve tried and absolutely nothing has this

    i found the solution

    How to fix error unknown layout specified in manifest on Windows Store (windowslatest.com)

    but after you change region you have to change your time to the same region , after you click on sync .

    restart the computer and the store is working .
