If you are sure that there is no important data left on the computer, select each partition belonging to a disk on the screen and choose "Delete partitions". This will remove all partitions belonging to that disk, after which they will be automatically merged into "Unallocated space". Select this unallocated space and you should be able to proceed with the system installation.

You want to do now is erase all your data and reinstall Windows, right? If yes, please delete all partitions belonging to disk 0 and install Windows in the free space.
Please proceed with caution or you may face data loss. If you don't know which partitions to delete, please let me know.
