Hello, Can you please help me? When I try to login into a business network using VPN, my laptop runs into bluescreen means:

1.: start Cisco Anny connect secure mobile client

2.: write in credentials

3.: cisco enters the business network --> BSOD

I have a minidump file about the crash:

100223-15921-01.dmp

Thank You!

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your minidump files indicate it is a rare driver named plcsimlwf.sys that is causing the system crashes.

That is not a known driver and seems to be associated to Siemens PLCSIM Virtual Siemens PLCSIM Virtual Kernel

Do you have that software installed on your PC?
