Check for Windows Update issues Detected

I got Check for Windows Update issues Detected when running the troubleshoot. I have tried clean boot, sfc scannow, the restorehealth on cmd, delete the catroot2 and softwaredistribution, even i do the factory reset on my pc but the issue still there.

    Hi ,

    Okay, maybe it's a bug in Windows 11 in build 23h2 since a new version has just been released, bugs can happen, let's confirm and try to install some additional feature.

    Example Windows Sandbox

    Use the search bar on the task bar and type Turn Windows Features on or off to access the Windows Optional Features tool. Select Windows Sandbox and then OK. Restart the computer if you're prompted.

    If the installation goes without problems, Windows updates appear to be working.

    Even more so, the screenshot shows that Resolve windows update has been completed

    But windows update is not available working?

    Test by trying to install an application from the Microsoft Store.

    In the troubleshooter click on the more details option and post here
