Hello, albert baby
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
Have you tried restarting again? Press and hold the power button until the PC shuts down. Then, turn it on again and see if the screen works normally.
Also, can you access Safe Mode? This is a diagnostic mode that loads only the essential drivers and services.
How to start your PC in safe mode in Windows - Microsoft Support
In safe mode, you can uninstall any problematic updates or drivers that might be causing the black screen issue.
If Safe Mode doesn't work or doesn't resolve the issue, then you might need to reset your computer. This will reinstall Windows 11 and keep your personal files and settings. To do this, follow the steps above for booting into safe mode. When on the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Reset this PC.
Let me know if you have anything else to ask.
