mfperfhelper error

I am trying to install and play the game "the finals"
I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times each time with this same error

mfperfhelper.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains and error

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Files, folders, and storage

    Hello there, I'm Gopal an Independent Advisor. I will try my best to help you.

    This error message might occur if there are some corrupt system files on the computer. I would suggest you run an SFC scan which would scan for corrupt system files on the computer and replace them.

    • Type the Command Prompt in the search box of Windows. Right-click it and choose Run as administrator to continue.
    • In the command prompt type the below command and hit Enter to continue.

    sfc /scannow

    • Please do not close the command line window until you see the message verification is 100% completed.

    After that, type the following commands and hit Enter to continue.

    DISM /online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    When it is finished, restart the computer and see if the error still occurs.
