Reset Azure AD Admin Password

Hi Community, The only admin in the Azure account has lost the Azure Password. There is no other Global Admin user is there who can reset the password. Is there any way to recover the password of that Admin? Thanks.

Thank you for your post!

When it comes to resetting your Global Admin's password, only another Global Admin or a Privileged Authentication Admin can force a password reset for this user.

@JamesTran-MSFT Thanks for the quick response. As there is no emergency account is created, We are not able to recover. Any suggestions to recover the only Global Admin account?

Unfortunately, if you aren't able to reset the Global Admin's password or remember the account password, there isn't any other way to recover this account.

Thanks. But Ideally there should some way. Isn't there option to contact support to reset the password.?
