Pc stuck in infinite boot loop.

Question

My pc is currently stuck in a boot loop. I've tried power cycling, booting into safe mode( also infinitely loops), tried loading cmd prompt but can't because I forgot the admin password, cant do system restore( also needs password), and I've also tried startup repair to no avail. It can boot into bios but that's about it. I'm at a loss on what to do at this point.

I am afraid that most of the troubleshooting steps to fix the boot issues need an admin password. Since you forgot it, however, disconnect all unnecessary devices that are attached to your computer and then try the following methods to fix the issue:

If the issue is still unfixed, performing a clean install is the last resort:

Be noted that you have to install the same Windows edition that was running on your computer in order not to face Windows activation issues.
