I cant write semicolon

I cant use semicolon button on any keyboard i use via my laptop but the problem is i can write ::: with no problem when i press shift it works so i think there is a problem with software but i dont know how to fix it i already tried reinstalling the drivers / updating windows / updating bios . Please help me asap

    I think i solved it after the clear boot I tested the services one by one and then I realized one of the Nvidia services doesn't lemme write semicolon so i disabled it now i don't have any problem

    i tought it fixed my problem but semicolon doesnt work again how can i find which service is blocking it
