VPN failed in Mac & iOS

I have a VPN gateway which works good in windows, but when I use Mac to connect to it and it response "An unexpected error occurred."

The same thing also happened in iPhone,

    I understand that you are having issues with Azure P2S VPN where you are unable to reach it when connected from your Mac/ios devices.
