Hi All.
I am looking to get some guidance on development tools that can be used for the purposes of developing a website, this website will be data driven and used as a means of having a user interface for a series of automation solutions which are mainly PowerShell, python scripts etc.
I am keen to avoid tools like visual studio .Net etc, the reason being that the users are not going to be fully fledged developers, I am simply looking for a solution that will not involve a lot of coding, more like a drag/drop solution for putting together user interfaces.

The only drag and drop I know about is ASP.NET Webforms with ASP.NET is becoming legacy technology.
II did work on a data driven site that was XML driven that defined the controls that could be put on a page doing an XML to HTML transformation, which was customizable as a solution sold to various clients. Site personnel from the company would go to a site doing customization, and they never know any thing about programming, which was an ASP.NET Webform solution. The XML to HTML transformation was used on ASP.NET MVC.
