Windows Defender problem

Question

I Keep getting a yellow warning in "App & Browser Control" in "reputation-based protection" when I click "review" it just says no action. I then click "Dismiss" and it goes away - but comes back again later!

Thank you - I will run that command next time the warning pops up - it's gone for now after the last time I clicked "dismiss" however it usually pops back again - thanks again for such a fast response.

1. Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
2. Type "cd %ProgramData%\Microsoft\Windows Defender" and press Enter.
3. Type "del /q MpCmdRun.exe" and press Enter.
4. Restart your computer.
