My Windows 10 Surface computer did not shut down and showed an app that would not close. ZPtoolbarparentwnd. Is this malware and how do I get rid of it? My computer is going extremely slow.

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    There is not much information available about ZPtoolbarparentwnd, but it seems to be a part of the Zoom app, do you have that app installed?

    If you do, uninstall that app, restart your PC and then download the latest version they provide on the Zoom website.
