windows backup OneDrive error

i try to use new backup program and i cant understand why it does not work

The 'Partially Backed Up' apps notification is normal.. that Backup function will only backup your Store apps and games, it does not backup 3rd party software.
The other notification seems to indicate you have an old version of OneDrive installed, it would be best to uninstall OneDrive from the Settings App - Apps - Installed Apps, then download and install the latest version of the OneDrive app by clicking the option in your screenshot, then sign into the new OneDrive app.
