    Hello, Ma. Treffinah Villaruel

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Are you referring to the Bug Check 0x139: KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE? If that's the case, you can follow the recommendations mentioned here:

Bug Check 0x139 KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE - Windows drivers | Microsoft Learn

You might need to collect the dump files generated during the blue screen and analyze them using the WinDbg program:

How to enable a Kernel-Mode Dump File - Windows drivers | Microsoft Learn

How to analyze a kernel-mode dump file by using WinDbg - Windows drivers | Microsoft Learn

If you're not sure how to do the analysis, you can upload the dump files to OneDrive, and I can assist you with the analysis:

Please let us know if you have any other concerns.

    Best regards
