When I double click on an image via whatever application is the default and I have 100's of images in a folder, is there a quick way to find the image? Like I press 1 button and it links me to the file in the folder or something like that?

Ok you want the 80th photos to be selected, for example, and so on.

The only easy way I see is to click show details in the right column of Windows Explorer. So instead of opening the photo, just select it and press the keyboard arrows to change photos.

You will see the preview of the photo in this column on the right and the photo selected on the left.

Let's say I have 500 different images in a folder. I double click the first image and start moving through them in the windows photo viewer program. Eventually I might be 80 images in from the first..... How do I find that image in the folder that I'm currently viewing?

I'm not manually typing in the image name every time Eg. IMG_203434334394834_203433

Hello, my name is Marco and I will do my best to help you.

Do you mean that you want to access a certain image which is located in some folder without searching every time?

If you do, there are a few ways to do it.

You can search for the image name in the Windows Explorer search bar. It will take you directly to the photo.

Otherwise, you can right-click on the image you want and select "Create shortcut" and put it in the desktop, for example.

So when you click on it, the photo will open directly.

If I haven't understood the problem, can you give me more details please :)
