SSD Storage Issue Fix?

My SSD is claiming that it is 100% full - with 0 bytes remaining. It is claiming that my apps and features are taking up over 100GB when in reality I have deleted almost everything. In reality it is only 10-20 GB max. I am very confused as to why it is lying to me. I am unable to upload anything new to my computer. I can no longer clear much more and there is still no space. Please let me know if there is a solution.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Click the link below to download a small free utility named Treesize.

Please Note, if your drive is totally full with absolutely no free space, download the free portable zip version onto a USB drive and run it from there)

Very Important - to run TreeSize, you must right click its icon and choose Run as Administrator.

Please provide a screenshot of your C drive in that TreeSize utility, so I can see your hard drive and work out where that space is being used and if there is an underlying problem.
