cannot start print job error

hello,

i am having trouble with a label printer, which works on my desktop windows 10 computer, however i need it to function on the tablet in my workshop.

the tablet is a lenovo mixx 320

label printer is a brother QL570

software is P-touch editor.

everytime i go to print a label it comes up cannot start print job.

things i have tried:

stopping spool service, deleting file under "printers" folder, starting spool service, deleting and reinstalling the driver

reinstalling the driver without the above procedure

checked the printer functions on my other computer without issue (which it does)

updating windows (no updates available)

i need to get this working so if you can help i would appreciate this.

    I got that done but printer still returns the same error
