BSOD while CPU on low load

I have AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, a few months after using this PC it started freezing and gettings BSOD errors, always different errors (all related to memory) it always happens when CPU is under 20% utilization.

I did RAM tests and SSD tests, tried taking off RAM sticks and putting them on 1 by 1 still the same.

Only patch to this error is running a performancy have app so CPU utlization is higher than 20% then everythings fine, but sometimes it's hard to reach Windows, BSOD started happening more frequently so it happens while Windows is booting.

    Sorry for the late reply.

Now my PC won't even boot. Everything turns on (fans and rgb) but it's not booting. I am sure it's not booting to windows even if there is no image displayed since my keyboard rgb turns on when it boots to windows which means it's not booting at all.

This has happened before a few weeks ago then it had started working after a few hours.

More likely this is motherboard or PSU problem. Did you check for BIOS updates?

Could it be you've used CPU undervolting?

    Hello Igor,

    Thanks for trying to help.

I did disable Global C-State control in BIOS and it's still the same.

Does this mean the problem in the CPU?

    Hi,

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.

This may mean problem in CPU - motherboard interaction. Check for BIOS updates. You may try to turn off all CPU power saving modes in BIOS (different C states) to check if the problem is in motherboard.
