Both devices still usable. If yes, how can I do it, and what happen to my windows version on my laptop?

Good day K.Koiter, thanks for your question. I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. Is Windows pre-installed on that device? If yes then most likely it is an OEM license that is tied up to the motherboard and if it is not pre-installed then it has transfer rights which means it is a Retail license and you can check it by pressing Windows key + R and from the run box type in there cmd and press Enter or click OK and from the Command Prompt window type in there slmgr /dlv and if you see OEM_DM then it not transferrable and if you Retail then it is transferrable.

Regards,

Paul R.

Yes windows already installed on the laptop, that's mean the windows version on my laptop are OEM license, I will buy another windows license for my PC then.

    Thanks for the answer Paul.R

Windows 10 does not exist on that original laptop to transfer it anywhere.

It was absorbed into the upgrade from 10 to 11.

The answer to your question is NO.

And makes no difference if OEM or Retail as you used it as part of the Upgrade to 11.

Hello. You bought a used/refurbished computer. A brand new computer is activated and has a OEM license. You do not enter a activation code on a new PC. Return OR extange device because it should be activated. On the Barcode/scan sticker the date should say 2023. Yes you can use old laptop and new computer it is your device. No transfers.
