Windows 11 Bluescreen/Restart loop

Updated my PC and now I am met with a constant boot loop. Every fix I have found needs access to the desktop but I bluescreen just after boot, giving me no chance to try any sort of fix. I can access my bios but anytime after that I'm met with the words "Undoing changes made to your computer" then an instant blue screen.
Any help would be appreciated.
