The update that's queued is KB5032190

I'm currently on version 10.0.22631 build 22631

I just want to figure out why

I've tried sfc /scannow and it's still doing it

Quick update its happening when I play games now

Thanks for the reply. We need to check the dmp file for us to diagnose the cause of the computer crash. If a crash or BSOD occurs again. Please check if it creates a new dmp file. Thank you.

It doesn't create any dump files. Is there anything else I can get or send to help fix this, I've also tried the get help in windows and it tells me to contact support

I do also have bluescreenview and it says it was caused by driver ntoskrnl.exe
