I installed visual studio,when i try to open it ,it says that the publisher is unknown

Hi @Mohammed221 , welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. Did this issue appear right after you double-clicked VS? Could you share me related screenshots to check further? Did you install some anti-virus software? If possible, please let me know if you have performed some operations before starting VS. Currently, I suggest you try to run Visual Studio as administrator.
