cannot make a new volume

i cant make a new volume i was trying to extend f volume by deleting by deleting the e volume which was 97 GB and it did not work and now when i try to make the disk back it didn't work and says "there is not enough space in the disk(s) to do this operation"

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    The problem you have is that disk is marked as an Active disk and Windows cannot handle a disk that has. Active partitions, it can only work with Basic partitions.

    The only way to sort out that bottom drive would be to temporarily backup all the data from those partitions on the bottom disk with the green header, then delete all partitions from the drive and create basic (not Active) partitions, then you will have no problem resizing or working with the partitions.
