On that screen, if you select P0 or P1, does your PC boot into Windows?
If not, click the 'Enter Setup' button to enter BIOS, then find the boot order in there.

I have a windows 10 desktop. I saw that the anti malware was taking up memory and placed it in the exclusion list in windows security. I subsequently removed it from the exclusion list as my chrome was kept crashing.
After which my my entire PC crashed and I couldn't go pass the Windows Boot Manager page.
I do not have a windows installation disc. Is there anything I can do to boot my PC?
The page I can't go past:

Please provide a photo of the tab in your BIOS that shows the boot priority list.
Hi Dave, thank you for your reply and patience on the matter!
I tried entering BIOS setup and selected load optimised defaults but the problem persists.
For 2, I do not have a visual of spinning dots but just the gigabyte intro page. I tried holding the power button for 2 times once I saw the page and also tried before it reaches the page (black screen). However, I failed to get into recovery environment. [The gigabyte intro page appears before the windows boot manager]
Are there other methods to get into the recovery environment? Thank you!
HI, I am Dave, I will help you with this.
1
Have you tried restoring defaults in BIOS, save those settings and restart your PC to see if it boots into Windows?
2
Can you get into the recovery environment using this method?
Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down
Do this twice
On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.
