The problem is : from time to time the window freze ( no reboot )

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.
There is no indication of the underlying fault in that printout.
Open the Event Viewer, then on the left, select Windows Logs - System
Without clicking any specific event, on the right, select the option to save out that log to an evtx file.
Please upload that log to any cloud service and provide a share link here, so I can examine that for you to try to find the underlying cause.
