The problem could be on the Display Port to USB-C adapter or your docking station doesn't have the Thunderbolt support.
Did you try to connect the monitor using the Display Port to USB-C adapter directly in the laptop?
I couldn't find the model of your Docking Station with the serial number, please check the specification of your Docking Station on the LMP website and check if your model has the features "Thunderbolt 4 port for video", "Dual monitor support:Thunderbolt 4" and have support for Windows devices.
There are several models of Docking Station on the LMP website, some of these devices don't have the Thunderbolt feature which is needed to be able to use the monitor and other models only have support for macOS. You can find the Docking Station specification on this link.
