When was the first time you experienced this issue? Have you made any changes like updates or hardware before the issue?
In the meantime try this:
- Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager
- Look and expand the "Mice and other pointing devices" section
- Right-click on your touchpad, then click Uninstall Device.
- Make sure you check the "Delete driver software for this device"
- After that restart the PC and check
If the issue persists, I recommend updating the driver by downloading and installing a compatible Touchpad driver for your device from the Lenovo website.
