Hello support.

After last windows update my label creating program is not working.

When I click on the icon this Labelview program starts for a moment that means a small window appears for 2 seconds and then disappears. Program does not start.

Program name is: Labelview.

Printer that I use for printing labels created using Labelview is: TSC TTP-243E

I tried to start this program as Administrator but it did not make any difference.

I tried to start this program in Safe Mode unsuccessfully.

Microsoft has suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the software. I don't have the CD or installation file for this software.

What else can I do to? Please provide suggestions.

Is someone else there clever enough to solve my problem and help me??? Maybe Billy will help me? He created this ****.

    Additional information.

I have installed Labelview successfully on my laptop computer using the old Labelview CD.

My laptop computer has the same operating system as my PC which is Windows 10.

I can not print the labels because I can not connect TSC printer to my laptop therefore I must have working Labelview program on my PC.

Where is the problem here if the same software works on my laptop but it does not work on my PC???

I did uninstall and reinstall Labelview on my PC and it did not work.

    Please help.

    Hi Jerico,

No. I followed your instructions, but it did not solve the problem.

Anything else I can try? I really need to use this label creating program.

    Waiting for suggestions.

Hi, good day! I'm Jerico T., I understand that you're having some issues right now, I'll do my best to help you with your concern.

Just to clarify, the issue started when the latest Windows update is installed, if so, let's manually uninstall the update that might have caused the issue, then wait for future updates to be released.

    1. Open settings by pressing Windows Key + I
    2. Click Update and Security
    3. Click View update history.
    4. On the upper left portion click Uninstall Updates
    5. Right-click on the latest windows update and select uninstall.
    6. Restart your computer and check if the issue is fixed.

Please do let me know how it goes.

    Regards,

    Jerico T.
