Since I changed my computer for a new one with Win11, my Bluetooth has been stuttering for no reason, additionally, my game controller gets removed from my saved Bluetooth list after I finish using it, making me pair it every time I want to use it again.
I posted this problem at the Feedback hub months ago without an official response from MS.
Note:
My computer is up today, and no other drivers interfere with my Bluetooth connection. Additionally, I found a post about this issue back from in 2021; Thus, this is not an unknown problem on Win11.

First, might I suggest the game controller is causing a problem? If it is being removed, perhaps Windows is seeing something it doesn't like.
Bluetooth stuttering while playing sound is usually a bandwidth situation. But info about your system and headset might help us find a reason. Make sure you are close enough and if you have external Wi-Fi antenna on your system, that they are connected.
