Help me please i cannot use my computer

I completely reset my desktop and now i cannot go log in it keeps saying userprofile service failed i tried to boot it to safe mode but whenever i log in it just gets stuck in the welcome looading screen please help

After awhile of loading it showed a white screen plseas help me

    HI, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    A Windows Reset can sometimes result in a corrupt operating system, that is a common problem, the best option is to perform another reset to stabilize Windows.

    Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

    On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

    Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Reset this PC

    Choose to keep your files and apps, just your files or to keep nothing

    Then start the Reset
