    Hello ZL,
I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

To show the username prompt, see the steps below:

First, remove any Windows Hello enrolled methods from Settings > Accounts > Sign in options, including PIN.

Then, use Netplwiz to enable the option:

    1. Type netplwiz in the search box at the bottom left corner of the desktop. Then click on “netplwiz” on the pop-up menu.
    2. In User Accounts dialog box, check the box next to 'Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer'. Then click OK button.

Hope that helps, and rely on us for any further inquiries. All the best.

This is Not Working For Me because i dont see the button To check the box next to 'Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer

I have just got off the phone with Levano and I am returning these 2 new computers. I am going to get two new ones with windows 10 on them.

Our business does not have time to wait on Microsoft to sort out their problems.

    Hello,

You can use an available option in the tutorial below to enable the Interactive logon: Don't display last signed-in policy to have this "Other user" at startup, switch user, and after sign out.
