Can I get any more support on this please?
I cannot delete a .PDF file.
I cannot delete a .PDF file on my desctop screen or in the folder. It does not react to any commands all I can do is move it around on the screen. Reboot did not solve the problem. I believe windows cannot find the path to the file.

2023-10-26T14:49:09+00:00 Does it give any error codes or messages when you are trying to delete it? What happens when you try to drag and drop it directly into the Recycle bin? What happens if you choose the file and then use Shift + Delete?
I have already tried all these steps but nothing happens, the file just returns to the previous grid position on the desktop without any error message if I drop it in the recycle bin. Shift+delete makes no difference.
Are you sure that the file is not open in any program/app?
Yes, I had another PDF software but I uninstalled it and got adobe instead because I thought there was a bug, but it did not make any difference.
