Hello,

i keep getting a BSOD while playing a game. I tried googling DumpStack codes but didn't find anything so i figured im gonna look for help here.

These are the ones that i got recently and i would be really grateful if i could get and idea how to deal with it. I also want to add that ive checked for corrupted drivers in device manager and im 100% sure i have newest gpu and cpu drivers. I also tried to benchmark both cpu and gpu to test for possible overheat on both parts and i got 62C on cpu and 73C on gpu after around 10min. I also did a virus scan with defender and nothing came up.

These are the codes i got recently.

That minidump file indicates a driver associated to a SteelSeries peripheral like a keyboard or mouse caused that crash.

Uninstall any SteelSeries software or drivers on your system, then download and re-install the latest available version of the SteelSeries drivers.

Please upload the Dumpstack files, do not upload the large Memory.dmp file, it may contain personal data.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Please upload any minidump files you have, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
