All looks good in the fixlog. Here's the VirusTotal reports for the malware:
If there's nothing further, delete FRST64.exe, the C:\FRST folder and the logs.

I'm facing the exactly same problem. I already reset the computer. It stayed without the notifications for a while, but then It started, same episode.
Already run the Net Framework Repair software, didn't work either.
