Reboot from bugcheck 0x00000018 - Microsoft Community

I am a computer technician, but I do not understand software. I am trying to read and understand the solutions in the link I provided regarding the problem I am experiencing. Since my English is very poor, I tried to read and understand it with Google language translator, but I could not understand anything because the solutions were very detailed and very complex. It has been said that you need to install Microsoft Visual Studio in order to open the Memory Dump (DMP) file on YouTube, but this is also very detailed and caused some errors in itself. Is it Microsoft or us that should develop Windows? What do I know about software? Isn't it Microsoft that needs to solve these problems? I couldn't open the DMP file but I got error codes. 0x00000018 (0xffffd80d730fbae0, 0xffffd80d8186abd0, 0x0000000000000001, 0xffffd80d8186c220).

You said to install it on the network drive, but when I entered your site in the box, I got an invalid network address error. When I look at sample network addresses, it shows me examples starting with http and https. I think I failed because I've never done anything like this before. There is no dmp file on my computer at the moment. I think it was automatically deleted. In fact, I saved a backup of this file somewhere else, but I could not find it either. I used Advanced System Care Pro and from the Command prompt (Administrator) 1-) DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth 2-) DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:C:\RepairSource\Windows /LimitAccess 3-) I had previously fixed my system using sfc /scannow commands. There is DDR 4 2400 MHZ 32 GB (2x16) memory in my system, I have been overclocking them to 2800 MHZ for a long time and there may be a problem with these too, because Windows told me that there was a problem with my memory too. I don't overclock anymore, I have no problems with it now.

    Hello, Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Thanks for your feedback, I think you have encountered a blue screen error message of 0x00000018.

From the error code perspective, this is a common driver error, but if further advice is needed, we need to check the DMP file to provide it. We suggest that you upload the DMP file to the network drive and share the link.

You can obtain a small capacity DMP file by following these steps, which will help you share this relevant DMP information

    Click Window+R to enter sysdm.cpl

Enter System Properties and click on the Advanced tab

Find startup and troubleshooting, click on Settings

In the debugging information, select Small Memory Storage

    The following directory will become

    %SystemRoot% Minidump

You can remember this location. If you encounter a blue screen again, you can restart your computer and input this location into the resource manager. You can see the. DMP file created in the folder, upload it to the network drive and provide us with a link. We will provide further suggestions for you after analysis.

By the way, I noticed that you mentioned that your English is not very good. May I ask what language I should use to communicate with you?
