Hi everyone,

Just recently, my laptop (GIGABYTE G5 GE) have been receiving the DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL blue screen problem.

I have try to update to the latest BIOS from gigabyte webside but it is not working.

The following links include the corresponding latest dump file for the systems

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your minidump file indicates it is the HotKey keyboard driver that is causing your PC to crash.
Do you have any specific keyboard software or drivers installed or any utility installed to manage keyboard hot keys?

Hi dave! i did not install any keyboard driver after i get my laptop.
but there are some pre-install app for keyboard. Flexikey , Fn hotkey and OSD ,and LED Keyboard setting
