How do I fix this issue please?

Your message couldn't be delivered. The Domain Name System (DNS) reported that the recipient's domain does not exist. Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their domain isn't properly registered at their domain registrar. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem. I am having the same issue and have been for over a month. It only happens with gmail recipients and when i send in bulk. I have tried so many things and nothing is fixing the issue. I run a school and half of my parents are not receiving emails.

Hello Heidi! My name is Abdullah, and I will assist you today.

I am sorry to know that you are experiencing this issue. As per the notification, the issue is from the recipient's end. Their domain either is deleted or it has a registration issue. May I confirm what email client you are using to send out this email from, please?

    Thank you.

    Best,

    Abdullah
