help with blue screen

Starting a few weeks ago I observe frequent (multiple times a day) blue screen of deaths on a ThinkPad L13 Yoga Gen 4 running Windows 11 Pro. The system creates minidumps each time. I uploaded a few of them to https://my.hidrive.com/share/zctcjbtn0c and would really appreciate help in resolving the issue. Thanks!

Sorry for the delay related to myself having quite limited access to the machine in question. From our observation, the situation with the blue screen got even worse after we enabled the driver verifier. Anyway, here is the result of the V2 log collector I recently run on the machine: https://my.hidrive.com/share/fgiqxdmfn7

I am looking forward to any suggestion to fix the issue. Thank you for your time and help.

(In the mean time we also run the full Lenovo hardware test, twice actually, without any issues.)

Please run the V2 log collector and post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive.

Just an advice, get your system to boot.

    1. Then set a restore point.
    2. Download ad run any registry cleaner (to look for any registry errors in values/options)
    3. Then perform a full system scan (preferably using Malwarebytes, + its free)

4.Quarantine and delete all suspicious files.

    1. Reboot, and see if the problem persists.

If the system crashes then you can simply load the system restore point you saved earlier.

    NOTE:

the only step that could cause system failures is Step 2,

so be sure to use a trustworthy one. (recommending CCleaner)

Thank you very much for your quick reply and suggestions.

I have enabled the driver verifier (and also created a system restore point).

The problem persists. I uploaded new dump files at https://my.hidrive.com/share/7q7nq2pnna

Maybe they can help to resolve the issue. Looking forward to any reply and help, thank you.

My name is Jonathan Deives. I'm an Independent Advisor and I'll be glad to help you today.

The minidump files do not indicate any driver or hardware causes.

Try to force Windows 11 to show failed drivers and produce minidump files, turn on Driver Verifier.

Make the BSOD happen 3 times and after that see if the files were created.

Before you run Driver Verifier, please create a new System Restore Point.
