Resource Monitor I see System (PID 4) listening to port 9001 in IPV4 and IPv6, Firewall status: Not allowed, not restricted. How can I free these ports?

Can you give some more information on how you are trying to connect, and where you are getting this error message from?
An exact copy of the error message will also be helpful.
