    So why is it opening a browser every time I startup?

    Hello raquel fielder,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

    I noticed that you posted this thread in Windows/Windows 11 / Windows update, so I guess you are currently using Windows 11?

    We are sorry that The Windows Help program is not supported in Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 or later versions of Windows Server at this time. Therefore, it is not supported in Windows 11.

    The Windows Help program is available for Windows Vista, 7, 8 and 8.1 only.
