Backspace = delete file/folder in windows file explorer. but it dosnt do that.

Hi, ive been using windows 10 for like 4 years now and something that just makes me angry in windows file explorer is when i press the backspace key, i dont delete a file/folder i navigate back. im currently using a 60% layout keyboard. it takes to long for me to click "delete" at the top of the file explorer. is there anyway i can fix this?

    I understand your frustration with the backspace key not working as a delete key in Windows File Explorer. By default, the backspace key is mapped to the "Navigate Backward" feature in Windows File Explorer, but you can try to Use the Delete key: Instead of the backspace key, you can use the dedicated Delete key on your keyboard to delete files and folders; the Delete key is usually located in the upper right corner of the main keyboard area.
