Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A platform.
Purview scanner does not support complex data types in AVRO, ORC and PARQUET file types for schema extraction.
Note: Purview scanner supports scanning snappy compressed PARQUET and AVRO file types for schema extraction and classification.
As per the test, for AVRO format it doesn't show the schema extraction. Where as for CSV it shows schema extraction.
