There was an update from another forum question that the Form Recognizer Container v2.1 will be in public preview in June. Do you have a specific date for that?
@Ben Garnier If you are referring to Form recognizer APIs available through a container, then this functionality is retired. Please refer to this page for details.
You can however use the labeling tool as a container and use the v2.1 version of the API. The images are available on docker hub.
Yes, I was referring to the API being available via container. According to this answer,
