Which version of Microsoft 365 apps do you have?
Please firstly make sure that the account you subscribed Microsoft 365 is the same as that of OneDrive.

How long have you subscribed Microsoft 365?
Per my knowledge, this capacity change generally takes 24 to 48 hours to complete.

You may sign in to OneDrive online with your Microsoft account to check the storage.

Besides, based on my research, for Microsoft 365 Family users, only the account purchasing additional storage will receive the additional storage.

If you have subscribed Microsoft 365 for some days and have checked the above, it's recommended to contact Microsoft directly.
