Hi ishimwe, hope you're doing well. I'm Ian, and I'm happy to help you today.

The problem you are facing could be due to multiple reasons such as poor heat dissipation, dust buildup, or insufficient RAM.

To address the issue, you can try the following steps:

    1. Increase virtual memory: Virtual memory, also known as paging file, allows the system to store data in virtual memory when the physical memory is full.

    a. Right-click on your Computer icon and select 'Properties'.

    b. Click on 'Advanced system settings'.

    c. Under the 'Performance' section, click on 'Settings'.

    d. Go to the 'Advanced' tab and under 'Virtual memory', click on 'Change'.

    e. If there is no virtual memory currently allocated, select the drive you want to allocate virtual memory to and set the 'Initial size' and 'Maximum size'. Click 'Set' and then 'OK' to apply the changes.

    1. Make sure to adjust the in-game settings to medium or low for graphics, anti-aliasing, and textures.
    2. Monitor and adjust thermal settings. If the temperatures are consistently high, consider cleaning your laptop's cooling system.
    3. Outdated drivers can cause issues with gaming performance. Update your GPU driver.
