Could you check if you have fast startup enabled and if not enable it, you can see instructions for this here:

I disabled everything and it still takes minutes to boot. I recorded my boot time using WPR and it shows that session init takes the most time

Hi, I'm Elise, a fellow user like yourself and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

Could you check if any other apps have also been added to startup, you can do this by opening the Task Manager app, and going to the StartUp tab.

To disable any apps launching on startup, right click on it and select to disable.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Kind Regards,

    Elise
